• Minimum order 30 plants
• 12 pack samplers of price point plants are available for $125 delivered
• US shipping and packing is included in our per plant price, except for Alaska
  • FedEx 2nd day (2nd day anywhere in the US (except Alaska))
  • Express Mail is available at cost plus $10 (this is a second day service)
  • Priority mail, we will add a $10 service charge
• Alaska freight is approximately double mainland freight.  Alaska orders will be billed half the cost of shipping to Alaska
• International shipments, we will add the actual shipping cost to the list price of the plants.  Minimum international order US$2,500.  Canada minimum $1,500.  Guam, Puerto Rico and other US territories are considered to be international destinations
• Payment is due when you order, in US dollars and checks must be payable through a US bank
• Open accounts are available for established customers
• Returns can only be accepted if the plants are sent back within one week of receipt by you. You must call us first for shipping instructions before returning any plants as the State of Hawaii can refuse entry
• Additional documentation (phytosanitary and/or CITES) we will add $75 to your invoice; and if you have an import permit, please fax us a copy as soon as possible so we can begin the process with our Ag. Dept.

• Available only for domestic shipments
• No further discounts on "specials"
• Open accounts must be paid on delivery
• Cash orders must be prepaid
• 5% for each delivery consisting of $1,500 or more in plants.
• 10% for each delivery consisting of $3,000 or more in plants.
